WI-FI USAGE AGREEMENT
1. Purpose of the Agreement
This Agreement has been prepared to set forth the rules governing the use of the free Wi-Fi service provided by Bioeksen Ar Ge Teknolojileri Anonim Åžirketi “the Company.” By using this service, the User shall be deemed to have accepted the terms and conditions set out below.
This Agreement has been prepared in accordance with the provisions of Law No. 5651 on the Regulation of Publications on the Internet and Combating Crimes Committed through Such Publications, Law No. 5809 on Electronic Communications, Law No. 5237 Turkish Penal Code, Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data, Law No. 5846 on Intellectual and Artistic Works, Law No. 6769 on Industrial Property, and other applicable legislation.
2. Wi-Fi Usage Conditions
Wireless Internet is provided free of charge to guests visiting the Company’s premises. The User shall use this service solely in compliance with this Agreement and the applicable legislation.
The Company does not guarantee that the Wireless Internet service will be uninterrupted or continuous. The speed and scope of the service may be modified, restricted, or completely suspended in line with infrastructural requirements and/or the assessment of the Company’s authorized units.
The User represents and undertakes that all information and content provided via the Wireless Internet are accurate, complete, up-to-date, and in compliance with applicable laws. In the event that it is determined that false or incomplete information has been provided during registration, the Company reserves the right not to provide the service to the User.
The User undertakes to use the Wireless Internet in accordance with the principles of good faith and not to engage in any activity that constitutes a crime or is unlawful under the laws of Türkiye or any other country.
Access to the Wireless Internet does not grant the User any right to access any of the Company’s information systems. The User may only connect through authorized access methods and shall not attempt to access systems for which they are not authorized.
The User acknowledges that any responsibility arising from the installation of any software, add-ons, or applications while using the internet connection rests solely with the User. The User may not modify the Company’s infrastructure, software, or hardware, nor install unauthorized applications.
The User shall refrain from any actions that may disrupt the system or services.
The User agrees not to use any malicious software (such as viruses, trojans, worms, etc.) that may harm the infrastructure and to take the necessary security measures against such threats.
The User is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of access credentials and may not share such information with third parties. In the event of unauthorized access or a security breach, the User must immediately inform the Company authorities.
The User may not share the Wireless Internet connection with third parties via tethering, hotspot, or any other method.
The User consents to the retention and use of log records for audit purposes and shall not take any action to disable or compromise the integrity of the logging system.
The User undertakes not to attempt to access blocked websites or content through alternative means.
The User irrevocably accepts, declares, and undertakes that accessing any content via the Wireless Internet does not mean that such content is approved by the Company or is lawful. The Company shall not be held liable for the content of any websites or applications accessed.
3. Provisions Regarding Log Records
Pursuant to Law No. 5651, the User’s internet access logs shall be retained for a period of 2 years as required by law.

Log records may be submitted to the competent authorities upon request.
The User’s personal data shall be protected in accordance with Law No. 6698 and the relevant legislation.

4. Disclaimer of Liability
The Company does not guarantee that the internet service provided will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Any legal or criminal liability arising from the User’s activities shall rest solely with the User.

5. Sanctions
In the event of a breach of this Agreement, the User’s access may be temporarily or permanently restricted.
In cases of use contrary to applicable legislation, notification may be made to the relevant authorities.
6. Entry into Force and Acceptance
This Agreement shall enter into force upon the User’s connection to the Wi-Fi network. By connecting to the network, the User shall be deemed to have accepted the terms of this Agreement.
