3. Purpose of Transfer of Personal Data and Recipient Groups
Your personal data may be shared by Bioeksen, for the purposes set out above, with the following persons and entities located domestically and abroad:
a) Our business partners and service providers, whether located in Türkiye or abroad,
b) Current or potential acquirers of our business activities in connection with the transfer of our contractual rights and/or obligations, and their respective advisors and insurers,
c) Relevant institutions and organizations, including public legal entities such as ministries and other public authorities, where we or the recipients of the personal data have the right or obligation to disclose personal data, or where such disclosure is permitted or required by law.
Your personal data is transferred in accordance with Articles 8 and 9 of the KVKK, based on appropriate and relevant legal grounds. In the event of transfer outside Türkiye, we take the necessary measures to ensure an adequate level of protection.

5. Your Rights under the KVKK
With respect to your personal data processed by us, you may submit your requests within the scope of Article 11 of the KVKK, in accordance with the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller, at any time in writing or via your registered electronic mail (KEP) address, secure electronic signature, mobile signature, or the electronic mail address previously notified to us and registered in our systems, to the addresses set out below:

If the transaction requires an additional cost, a fee may be charged in accordance with the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Board. Your requests will be finalized as soon as possible and no later than thirty days depending on the nature of the request.
