Visitor Disclosure Notice Regarding the Processing of Personal Data of Bioeksen Visitors

Bioeksen Ar Ge Teknolojileri Anonim Şirketi (“Bioeksen”), as the data controller, in accordance with the provisions of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 and other applicable legislation, processes personal data of visitors during visits to the facilities of Bioeksen Ar Ge Teknolojileri in the manner outlined below, in line with workplace rules and regulations.

Bioeksen Facilities to be Visited:

Headquarters and Production Office: Huzur Mah. Metin Oktay Cad. Nurol Life Sitesi D Blok No:3/31 Sarıyer, İstanbul, Turkey

R&D and Project Office: Büyükdere Cad. No: 237 Noramin İş Merkezi Kat: B4 Maslak Sarıyer, İstanbul, Turkey

PERSONAL DATA PROCESSED BY BİOEKSEN FOR VISITORS TO ITS FACILITIES

A. Personal Data Collected During Visits to the Headquarters and Production Office:

To identify the visitor visiting the facility where the Headquarters and Production Office is located, their name and surname are requested.
To enable the visitor to use the available elevators in the facility and ensure mobility between floors and within the floors, the visitor's name and surname are requested to be recorded in the visitor log, and a visitor card provided by Bioeksen is given to the visitor.
In order to ensure workplace security at the facility where the Headquarters and Production Office are located, the visitor’s image will be recorded by security cameras for security purposes.
If the visitor is delivering or receiving a product/item or service at the Headquarters and Production Office, their name, surname, contact number, company name, title, and signature information will be processed for the purpose of creating and signing a delivery-receipt document.

B. Personal Data Collected During Visits to the R&D and Project Office:

To identify the visitor visiting the facility where the R&D and Project Office is located, their name and surname are requested.
To ensure workplace security at the facility where the R&D and Project Office are located, the visitor’s image will be recorded by security cameras for security purposes.
If the visitor is delivering or receiving a product/item or service at the R&D and Project Office, their name, surname, phone number, company name, title, and signature information will be processed for the purpose of creating and signing a delivery-receipt document.

PURPOSES AND LEGAL GROUNDS FOR THE PROCESSING OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA

Your identification data (name, surname) will be processed based on the legal grounds of "the necessity of processing for the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided that it does not harm the fundamental rights and freedoms of the relevant person", "the necessity of processing for the establishment, use, or protection of a right", and "the necessity of processing for the performance of a contract" for the purposes of communication activities, visitor registration creation, and tracking, goods/services procurement processes, and goods/services sales processes.

Your contact information (phone number) will be processed for communication activities, procurement of goods/services, and sales processes based on the legal grounds of "the necessity of processing for the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided that it does not harm the fundamental rights and freedoms of the relevant person" and "the necessity of processing for the performance of a contract".

Your physical security data (physical space records) will be processed for the purpose of ensuring physical space security based on the legal ground of "the necessity of processing for the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided that it does not harm the fundamental rights and freedoms of the relevant person”.

Your customer transaction data (company name, title, signature) will be processed for goods/services procurement and sales purposes based on the legal grounds of "the necessity of processing for the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided that it does not harm the fundamental rights and freedoms of the relevant person" and "the necessity of processing for the performance of a contract".

Your identification data (name, surname) and physical security data (physical space records) will be processed for the legal purpose of "fulfilling the legal obligations of the data controller” and may be shared with authorized persons/institutions and organizations.

TRANSFER OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA TO THIRD PARTIES AND PURPOSES

The personal data listed above, including your identification data (name, surname) and physical security data (physical space records), may be shared with authorized public institutions and organizations if necessary for fulfilling the legal obligations of the data controller.

YOUR RIGHTS

Regarding your personal data processed by us, you may apply to us at any time regarding your rights listed in Article 11 of the Law. According to the provisions of Article 11, you have the following rights:

To learn whether your personal data is processed
To request information if your personal data has been processed,
To learn the purpose of processing your personal data and whether it is used in accordance with their purpose,
To know the third parties to whom your personal data is transferred, both domestically and internationally,
To request correction of your personal data if it is incomplete or inaccurate,
To request the deletion or destruction of your personal data,
To request notification of the correction, deletion, or destruction of your personal data to third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred,
To object to a result that is analyzed solely by automatic systems and results in a negative consequence for you,
To request compensation for any damage caused by unlawful processing of your personal data.
