Intended Use

The "Bio-Speedy® Gastroenteritis RT-qPCR MX-24 Panel" is a manual in vitro diagnostic device designed for laboratory testing by professionals. It serves as an aid to diagnosis by qualitatively detecting the presence of the "Sapovirus (GI/GII/GIV/GV), Adenovirus, Giardia lamblia, Entamoeba histolytica, Cryptosporidium spp., Clostridium difficile toxin B, Plesiomonas shigelloides, Vibrio vulnificus, Cyclospora cayetanensis, Astrovirus, Norovirus (GI/GII), Rotavirus (A), Salmonella spp., Campylobacter spp., Vibrio parahaemolyticus, Vibrio cholerae, Shigella/Enteroinvasive E. coli (EIEC), Enteroaggregative E. coli (EAEC), Shiga toxin producing E. coli (STEC), Enteropathogenic E. coli (EPEC), Enterotoxigenic E. coli (ETEC), Yersinia enterocolitica, Clostridium difficile toxin A, Clostridium difficile Binary toxin A/B" in "Stool, Rectal Swab" samples by real-time PCR. These samples are collected from individuals suspected of infection, as determined by their healthcare provider.
