Colistin Resistance qPCR Kit

The "Bio-Speedy® Colistin Resistance qPCR Kit" is a manual in vitro diagnostic device designed for laboratory testing by professionals. It serves as an aid to diagnosis by qualitatively detecting the presence of the "colistin resistance (mcr 1-8)" in "BAL, Sputum, CSF, Whole blood, Urine, Synovial & Peri-prosthetic fluid, Bone tissue" samples by real-time PCR. These samples are collected from individuals suspected of infection, as determined by their healthcare provider.
