The "Bio-Speedy® Tropical Fever RT-qPCR Panel" is a manual in vitro diagnostic device designed for laboratory testing by professionals. It serves as an aid to diagnosis by qualitatively detecting the presence of the "Crimean-Congo Hemorrhagic Fever virus, Dengue virus, Ebola virus, Hantavirus, Mayaro Virus, Rift Valley virus, Trypanosoma cruzi, Plasmodium spp., Brucella spp., Coxiella burnetii, Burkholderia pseudomallei, Salmonella spp. Rickettsia spp., Leptospira spp., Leishmania spp., West Nile Virus, Zika virus, Streptococcus pneumoniae, Yellow fever virus, Chikungunya virus, and Japanese Encephalitis virus" in "Whole blood, serum, plasma, and urine" samples by real-time PCR. These samples are collected from individuals suspected of tropical fever infection, as determined by their healthcare provider.
