Bio-Speedy® Infectious Bronchitis Virus RT-qPCR Kit is an in vitro diagnostic device designed for laboratory tests by professionals. It uses real-time PCR technology to qualitatively detect the presence of Infectious Bronchitis Virus, aiding in diagnosis. Samples are collected by experts from swabs (cloacal, choanal, or tracheal) and tissues/organs (trachea, lungs, cecal tonsils) of animals suspected to be infected, and the test is applied to these samples.
