The "Respiratory Tract Virus RT-qPCR Panel" is a manual and in vitro diagnostic device designed for laboratory testing by professionals. It serves as an aid to diagnosis by qualitatively detecting the presence of the "Influenza A, Influenza B, SARS-CoV-2, Human Coronavirus 229E/OC43, Human Coronavirus NL63/HKU1, Human Parainfluenza 1/2, Human Parainfluenza 3/4, Human Metapneumovirus, Human Enterovirus, Human Rhinovirus, Human Adenovirus, Human Bocavirus, and Respiratory syncytial virus A/B" in "Nasopharyngeal swab, oropharyngeal swab, sputum, BAL and NPA" samples by real-time PCR. These samples are collected from individuals suspected of infection, as determined by their healthcare provider.
