It serves as an aid to diagnosis by qualitatively detecting the presence of the "Influenza A, Influenza B, SARS-CoV-2, Human Coronavirus 229E, Human Coronavirus OC43, Human Coronavirus NL63, Human Coronavirus HKU1, Human Parainfluenza 1, Human Parainfluenza 2, Human Parainfluenza 3, Human Parainfluenza 4, Human Metapneumovirus, Human Enterovirus, Adenovirus, Human Bocavirus, Human Parechovirus, Human Rhinovirus, Legionella pneumophila, Mycoplasma pneumoniae, Haemophilus influenzae, Bordetella pertusis, Streptococcus pneumoniae, and Respiratory syncytial virus A/B" in "Nasopharyngeal swab, oropharyngeal swab, sputum, BAL and NPA" samples by real-time PCR. These samples are collected from individuals suspected of infection, as determined by their healthcare provider.
