Lower Respiratory Bacteria qPCR Panel

The "Bio-Speedy® Lower Respiratory Bacteria qPCR Panel" is a manual in vitro diagnostic device designed for laboratory testing by professionals. It serves as an aid to diagnosis by qualitatively detecting the presence of the "Streptococcus pyogenes, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Haemophilus influenzae, Moraxella catarrhalis, Streptococcus agalactiae, Mycoplasma pneumoniae, Proteus spp., Serratia marcescens, Klebsiella pneumoniae, Acinetobacter calcoaceticus-baumannii complex, Legionella pneumophila, Staphylococcus aureus, Enterobacteriaceae spp., Streptococcus pneumoniae" in "Nasopharyngeal swab, oropharyngeal swab, sputum, BAL and NPA" samples by real-time PCR. These samples are collected from individuals suspected of infection, as determined by their healthcare provider.
