The "Bio-Speedy® Respiratory Tract RT-qPCR MX-24T Panel" is a manual in vitro diagnostic device designed for laboratory testing by professionals. It serves as an aid to diagnosis by qualitatively detecting the presence of the "Influenza A, Influenza B, SARS-CoV-2, Human Coronavirus 229E, Human Coronavirus OC43, Human Coronavirus NL63, Human Coronavirus HKU1, Human Parainfluenza 1, Human Parainfluenza 2, Human Parainfluenza 3, Human Parainfluenza 4, Human Metapneumovirus, Human Enterovirus, Adenovirus, Human Bocavirus, Human Parechovirus, Human Rhinovirus, Legionella pneumophila, Mycoplasma pneumoniae, Haemophilus influenzae, Bordetella pertusis, Streptococcus pneumoniae, and Respiratory syncytial virus A/B" in "combined nasopharyngeal and oropharyngeal swab, bronchoalveolar lavage (BAL), nasopharyngeal aspirate (NPA), and sputum" samples by real-time PCR. These samples are collected from individuals suspected of respiratory tract infection, as determined by their healthcare provider.
