Bio-Speedy Colistin Resistance qPCR Kit

The "Bio-Speedy® Colistin Resistance qPCR Kit" is a manual in vitro diagnostic device designed for laboratory testing by professionals. It serves as an aid to diagnosis by qualitatively detecting the presence of the "mcr" in "whole blood, positive blood culture, urine, nasopharyngeal oropharyngeal, vaginal, and rectal swabs, bronchoalveolar lavage (BAL) and nasopharyngeal aspirate" samples by real-time PCR. These samples are collected from individuals suspected of colistin resistant bacterial infection, as determined by their healthcare provider.
